I've not really been training much, I have to say.

I've just done my training diary for for

last week I think I did three runs and 15 point miles in total with a long one a

long one a long run of nine miles which doesn't sound great for comrades

training but I think I'm back on track now just had a bit of a

heavy week last week with loads of other work stuff talking to big races I was at

Huddersfield Park run we had a hundred and eighteen people for our first ever Huddersfield Park Run, the guys in the Sikh community really got engaged.

And I think normally, you know, at a park run we might have a large number of people who've run before and some people who've never run before but not many and a few more people

maybe you've not done a park run before but I reckon out of 118 there must have been I reckon at least

half had never run before and I mean you know two feet off the ground at the same time

there were loads of kids loads of families you know it was just really really great

so you know we went and did the results afterwards afterwards back at the Sikh center next to the park in Huddersfield.
