Olympian author of 20 running books and finisher of 150 marathons and the guy

behind the Run Walk Marathon Strategy Jeff Galloway, we get stimulated in

training talk, there's rate your run and march for us, rant, rave and winner of the week,

and Tony Aldenshaw brings us another hilarious

Tony's trials. Anyway so Tom what have you been up to this week? Well I've been doing

loads of things first of all I came second again at Park Run at

Concord Park in Sheffield I can't believe it. It's good that you came second though I like it when you

come second if you kept winning all the time with this kind of whole performance mindset that you've got. It would be no fun.

I'm pleased you were taken down.

Well it was like that film Li-A-Lye with Jim Carey. I just could not help again for the second

weekend row but tell the truth coming up to a

junction about a mile in I was right on the shoulder the guy that went on to win it by my I mean he

beat me by a minute I was never going to be able to stay with him but I was right in

his shoulder and he didn't know where to go left or right and he said left or right left or right and I just couldn't help but tell the truth and he went on to take me down so that was frustrating

Perhaps I need to change my morals anyway. I also witnessed a robot walk over the finish line

brilliant do you know who did that that was that came about because of Tony's trials didn't it
