So today's episode is with Dominic Schleeder.

He is the host and founder of the Running Effect podcast. He started this show in July of

2020. When I was thinking of podcasters to interview for this series, I mean, there's still a lot more

that I want to interview. Dominic was one of the people I wanted to have on because I've been so

impressed with the way he interviews and how he

has grown his show at such a young age. He just turned 20 years old. And anyway, I looked through

my emails and I had emails from him from over five years ago pitching for me to be a guest

on his podcast all those years ago.
