joining us this week. Today we get to talk about one of my very favorite subjects, dogs. I am so excited.

There's nothing I want to talk about more than dogs. And our guest is Kara Actorberg. She is the author of most recently 100 dogs and counting.

One woman, 10,000 miles, and a journey into the heart of shelters and rescues. You know, things have really improved

regarding homeless dogs since years ago. I mean, even since we started this podcast, but they

haven't improved nearly enough. So the things that Kara writes about and the things that she

and Marianne will talk about today are sometimes very sad.

Let's be real.

But there is also hope and there are some successes and there are a whole lot of good people working on getting dogs home.

Yeah.

How often do we get to talk about good people?

Of course, there are a few villains in the piece as well.
