So if you guys are not yet familiar with the work that Laura Reese is doing, you need to

be, and that's what we're going to be doing right here right now.

Laura is the founder of the Agriculture Fairness Alliance.

By way of which she lobbies Congress to make

agriculture fair, there's a concept, such as by eliminating enormous subsidies for foods used in

animal agriculture, while virtually failing to subsidize the foods that we, that actually nourish us,

like fruits and vegetables. I feel like so many of us to talk and complain,

and I'm including myself in this, about how federal subsidies are the mainstay of the animal

agriculture industry. They're so unfair, but we just shrug our shoulders and think it's too

complicated and requires too much expertise to do anything about it. And that's just not Laura. She didn't start

out as a professional lobbyist. In fact, she spent her career in the semiconductor industry,

but when she started to find out about animal agriculture, she decided to just go ahead and lobby

Congress to help animal farmers transition to sustainable businesses. So incredible. I loved
