of grief in any moment and a topic very important to my work self-care.

I'm holding on to this self-care with every ounce of me.

A lot of these conversations are pretty private and these women are courageous and vulnerable and transparent and that alone shows us that we're not alone in our struggle.

This week's guest is Row of Brown Kids.

We met because she was a guest on a retreat that I held in Northern California.

What I love about Rose Story is her ability to be free literally,. And Rose's story is teaching people, specifically

people of color, how to pack light.

And it's an overwhelmingly inspiring thing that her and her partner have going on.

So on that retreat, we stepped away and had a conversation about packing light and about

minimalism. And I was immediately intrigued.

I had never met a person of color in that space.

It inspired me to dive into my own journey

through minimalism.
