Welcome back to the Hardwood Hustle. I think we got a really cool episode for you today.

And it's about the power of relationships. There are so many things that change through

relationships, whether it's in your

career, whether it's on your team. But all of us have examples of where relationships have changed

the whole trajectory of their life. And so today we have with me and Sam, a couple of special guests

who are really good friends of ours that are relationships that have brought about so many

different things

and so much impact in our own lives so I'm going to welcome to the show creator of the reen react

offense and better basketball Rick Torbett and the owner and president of PGC Mano Watsa

so the four of us who have been good friends for a long time and our basketball lives have been

intertwined impacted and improved because of these relationships.

Hey, great to be on the show with all of you guys. Can't think of a better way to spend half an hour.

Yeah. You know, I've heard people say this before. It's really interesting. Like, we're in the relationship business. When you're in basketball, you are in the relationship business. And if you can't maintain good relationships, you're going to struggle to lead a team. You're going to struggle to have a strong staff. And so many times we think, well, I'm just going to go coach basketball. And in reality,

like all of those exes and those don't do a whole lot unless you have trust. And trust is built

through really strong, good relationships. Sam and I have been, and we've had a relationship for,

you know, almost 25 years here. And we've done it as teammates. And then I coach Sam. Then we coached
