You know, we talked about several things pre-show that Popovich is known for, and we're going to boil it down to five of them.

The first one is that I think it's a big one. Personal relationships matter.

You look at his relationships with his players over the years from the outside, and it's apparent how strong they are.

If you watch how they interact, you watch them in interviews, you watch how his players talk about them. And in a pro or an NBA setting, what can be a transactional world and really in basketball or any sport can be transactional because it's so much about

your thoughts? Yeah. You know, I mean, Popovich did a lot of things, I think, different than other

people. I think the thing that I'll remember most about him is that he just kind of blazed his own

trail and did things that a lot of people maybe thought you couldn't or shouldn't do.

And one of those things was, I mean, just player oriented.
