about every level of basketball and had a really, really successful year this year after making

the switch to a different type of system of play. And so we're going to talk about that system of play. But before we get to that system of play, we're going to talk about holistic decision making for a coach, thinking about, you know, what are all the things that need to be thought through before I actually go into this? And I've made this mistake before. And I'll share some of that as the episode goes on, but not making decisions in a silo. And so, Jamin, first of all, welcome to the show. Yeah, thanks for having me. T.J. and Sam, good to see you guys. And if you don't know, Jamie, Jamon's ripped, man. This guy, he just, he lives in the gym, so he looks the part. So if you're just listening, you're wanting a visualist guy, just kind of like Hulk kind of is what he looks like.

But, Jamie, you made the decision to go to a really up-tempo, fast-paced, which is catching on, especially at, you know, I'd love to see Crutchfield get a job at D1 and see what happens.

And, but oftentimes the style of play, people wonder, would it work at this at Division

one level or the pro level or whatever?

Probably not at the pro level, but it's a Division I level.
