Hope you're having a great day and I'm excited to share that my guest on the podcast today is Emily Enfeld. We all love Emily. She is a regular here on All Have Another podcast. My favorite story about Emily is that in 2016, when I

started this podcast, I was just like, maybe I can get some professional athletes to come on

the show. And she was one of the very first pros to say yes. And so it's been really cool because

I feel like as I've come along in this podcasting

career, I've been able to come alongside Emily and watch what she's been doing and cheer her on

along the way and see her grow and mature and do all kinds of amazing things in the sport and

really be a real advocate for mental health and so many other great things.

Emily is one of the most real, authentic people that I know in this sport.

And I'm excited to share this conversation.

She's a 2015 world silver medalist in the 10,000 meters on the track.

She is a 2018 silver medalist in U.S. cross-country championships.

She has represented Team USA six times.

She competed in the 2016 Rio Olympics.

And she was sponsored by Nike for a really long time and just recently announced that she will be joining the Brooks running team.

Emily is one of those people that is so easy to talk to. So kind, so genuine. You feel it in the
