Cool, well in line with what sounds like one of our biggest ever shows I've been running my longest ever

week I don't actually think I've ever run 70 miles in one week and I've logged 70.6

which I'm over the moon with. That's a fair few miles.

Was that mostly because you did that great big long run at the weekend?

Yeah, because we did the three peaks on Saturday,

me and Greg, which was 25 of that,

so if you'd maybe take 10 off off normally would run maybe 15 or 16

takes down to about 60 which is which is kind of normal. So used to Iron Man training still that even that long

mileage was only 10 hours or 12 hours or something so it actually doesn't seem like that much and a lot of my runs have been really easy.

You can you can log on to my to my training diary and see that a lot of it is nine or ten minute

minute minling for the easy stuff.

But I'm going hard as I can in the sessions and so on so it's a load of fun and I'm just getting out there quite a lot.
