I don't know when you're going to be listening to this, but in about a month I'm going to be 45 years old maybe by the time you

hear this I will already be 45 and I remember as a kid playing with my uncles

wrestling with my uncles when I was like I don't know 12 and they were in their 40s thinking how old they were and they were just basically done and I just can't believe I'm turning 45

That being said I don't feel old at all. I'm very youthful and I

people say don't look 45 I think that's because I'm Asian thank God the thing about

Asian people you can't tell if they're they're anywhere between 12 and 85 you

just kind of can't tell I remember when I was growing up so I grew up in a very all white Caucasian

neighborhood in the 80s and we were the only Asian family for blocks. It was just a different world and I remember

how I wanted to be so white so bad and I was embarrassed of my race I was embarrassed of the food we ate and all that and now I'm really glad I'm Asian

Because I look a little younger than 45, I wanted to talk about, I wanted to talk about patients

speaking of age. As I get older I'm learning more and more about the importance of patients and I'm an extremely

impatient guy always been a spas. Most people growing up have told me to relax, which is a very triggering

word for me because I've heard it so much. It was always the loud kid that would, you know, running around with

this head cut off. I think that's why I enjoy crossfit so much. It's like go as fast as you can. But as I get older,

you know, as we get older everything flows down so of course you naturally get more patient

but but even now I still struggle with patients and I think the reason is I I define

patience or I did define patients as stopping or

stopping or slowing down, right?
