delicious eat it all and you can't have any. And today we're talking about grapefruit.

I'm really excited about this episode. Me too. And the weather is perfect for it.

It's raining. It's pure winter out there in Seattle and winter to me says grapefruit

Me too and that that's kind of funny because it's always seemed a little weird to me that winter is the season for Citrus I mean I can't deny it but at the same time lying on a

beach eating an orange kind of appeals to me even though it's it's not practical

botanically. Unless also get pretty sticky.

Yeah, yeah, sand.

It's not really practical, period.

Okay, fine.

Well, anyway.

So do you like Grapefruit?

I mean, are we discussing something we both like today? Oh yeah I do like grapefruit very much.

There's not a lot of conflict on this show. I don't think so. I certainly didn't like grapefruit when I was a kid. My dad used to eat it. He was the grapefruit guy in the family and I didn't get it. It seemed bitter and sour and one of those weird things that grown-ups eat.

How did he eat it? Did he peel it How did he eat it with a spoon?

I think he just ate it.

That's a good question.

I think he ate it with a spoon out of a quarter of grapefruit.

Okay.
