discussing the 1986 sci-fi horror film, The Fly.

This film was directed by David Cronenberg,

with a screenplay by Cronenberg and Charles Edward Pogue,

adapted from the short story by George Langland.

Taking the core of the short story in the 1958 adaptation starring Vincent Price,

Cronenberg tells an entirely news story, which is just as compelling as it is horrific.

So what did you guys think of the fly the first time you saw it?

I'd seen this movie a few times when I was a kid, but like not enough to like understand what was going on.

So watching it now, now that I'm not seven, this was fantastic.

Like I remembered bits and pieces of it.

I didn't remember the whole story, how things happened or whatever.

I remembered kind of like that, you know, that part.

But yeah, this was like, I guess kind of, yeah, watching it for the first time through, you know, grown-up eyes.

And this was fantastic.

Like, this was great.

For being such, like, not only just a well-known film, but an iconic horror film.

And A&I did not watch this as kids.
