| 0:00.0 | What's up, guys? So today on the podcast, we were talking to the Raspberry Ape, who, unfortunately, we didn't get to actually ask him about his nickname because you can tell this guy, like, he has his own podcast, and you can tell because we would get on a subject and we would just go off on tangents, which, again, if you guys watch the videos or listen to the podcast enough, you know that's something that I, uh, Eugene and tend to do. Um, but it was a really cool podcast. He talks a lot about some things like grip strength. Again, that's incredibly important. You know, you guys have listened to me say this before, but grips are everything. So your ability to be strong with your grips, your ability to control the grips, g know gie, whatever it is, super important. So he gives a lot of really good tips on strength training and all that stuff. He also dealt with a situation where he literally broke his back, spine, broke his back, and he kept training. Instead of quitting, instead of saying, I can't do this anymore, he strengthened his body up and there's some really cool details that he gives on that. I'm not going to give it more away so again with with all that said guys enjoy this podcast with Daniel Strauss and also again if you guys enjoy the podcast check out the patreon patreon.com slash the Jitsu podcast we put extra little bits from the podcast that don't make it on we put some videos on there there's a cool down routine there's all kinds of different stuff on there so you can check it out. It's not very expensive and you get some good stuff for that. And then also if you guys are interested in recovering a little bit faster, check out charlotsweb.com. You can put in Shiu-Titoo 10 with your checkout order when you get some CBD oil. CBD oils are something I use a lot and something that, you know, I tend to push on people if they're asking for something for recovery. And Charlotte's Web is the one I use. I use the chocolate mint. So again, with all that said, guys, let's jump into the podcast. We all these people that like podcasts and they know what they're doing.
