Oh, yeah, I forgot that, that was my new name.

Do you know, there's been a little bit of progress?

I'm not, I probably tempted feeling a little bit by saying this, but I'm feeling positive. There's been progress.

Well, for, you know, Reg and listen to the show who don't

follow our social media accounts, Angie Andrews looks after our social media and she is a sometime, I guess occasional host on the show which is always great

she's recorded a few times with Tony recently you may not know that she's been

wandering around or lying down for about the last eight weeks with a with a foot raised up because it's

been in one of those boots which is for a runner it's like about as annoying as it gets.

Yeah, in very hot weather for some of that as well, can I just say?

Not ideal.

Yeah.

So it's 12 weeks altogether between this happening and getting diagnosed with the injury and

eight of the seven and a half weeks I think was in the boot so it's been great fun.
