So it would have been October 2018, the last time I entered the race race I think I don't know but yeah but it's it's

no races to do though no I know that's because it's the British rowing virtual champs

it's gonna be really good I'm well excited. So I'd already

penciled in as people know. They already be turning off because they tuned into a

running podcast, but I've bought myself for over a few months ago and I've been loving it and I've been getting on it a lot and getting half decently fit actually and I've had targeted in my head anyway the British indoor

rein championships which I think is in

November I think at the NEC where you there's all the row machines there and

they're all connected up to a network and there's a big screen in the front

and you all row in real time against each other on contact twos.

And I noticed the other day that British rowing had created their own virtual indoor one in June. On my birthday weekend weekend 27th and 8th of 28th of June and you
