And this was such a cool opportunity for these young women to share their stories

This event benefited girls on the run Greater Boston.

It's a nonprofit that helps design fun evidence-based programs to

inspire girl empowerment by building confidence, kindness, and decision-making

skills. I'm sure you all know Caracoucher two-time Olympian

award-winning author NBC analysts co-host of the Nobody Asked Us

Podcast and Wazel athlete advisor. I had the opportunity to become friends with

Kara when she was part of our Relay Podcast and I appreciate everything she does

for the sport.
