And this came about from an interview that I did with BGJ Eastern Europe. And so I'll share that sort of answer with you guys, what I would have told my younger self and how to avoid some of the mistakes I made. And then we're also going to talk about just mistakes in general. And I'll talk to you guys about some of the biggest mistakes I made. And then afterwards, we do some live Q&A with the people on YouTube. So guys, with that said, we'll go ahead and get started with the podcast. And as always, if you want to check out some of the exclusive material we have on the patreon you can go to patreon.com slash the jihitsu podcast um and if you guys |

| 1:05.7 | ago Jess got it for me as a birthday gift and then recently they, they, they continuously update the DNA stuff that they find. And they've been sort of like honing in on like what, because like two years ago when I had it done, might have been three years ago, it was sort of, it said like broadly northwestern European. And when I check now, it says like, you're this much Scandinavian. You're this much British. you're this much, so they're starting to narrow more down. How do they know that? Um, they can check, they can track, uh, genetic mutations to where they go. I actually read a cool book on this, but, um, they can track genetic mutations on how they move and migrate, and they can get an idea. And so basically, you, you basically find that certain genetic mutations are in certain areas of the world. And that's kind of how they can get an idea. And so basically you basically find that certain genetic mutations |
| 1:44.6 | are in certain areas of the world. And that's kind of how they can track that stuff. As far as I know, |
| 1:49.8 | I could be completely off. But there was one that that popped up now that I have, I'm like 96% |

| 2:18.2 | I've never heard of it. |
| 2:14.5 | Cork. Cork, yeah. And then so, you know, I'm there. And so I was asking everybody if I can be a Conner, if I have to be a Connor McGregor fan now. Are you a Connor McGregor fan? Yeah, for the most part. I think he, I think he does. he's a hell of a showman. |
| 2:16.4 | And at least when he, |
| 2:17.3 | when the fights are done, |
| 2:18.7 | he typically stops. |
| 2:51.6 | You know what I mean? Like, you know, but he sometimes goes a little bit too far with it. But, you know, there's a reason why everybody knows who he is, right? Like, because he's a showman. But, and then I'm 0.7% sub-Saharan African from the... 0.7%. |
| 2:52.6 | Oh, nice. |
| 2:53.6 | So almost 1% sub-Saharan African from the Angola region. |
| 2:58.6 | So I'm sure we all have a little sub-Saharan African in this. |
