Summary
Dakotah Lindwurm joins me today fresh off of the Olympic Trials where she was third place and secured her spot on the 2024 Olympic Team for the USA! She ran the race of her life and finished in 2:25:31. She breaks down the whole race for us in this episdoe! Dakotah runs for PUMA and Minnesota Distance Elite. She has a marathon PR of 2:24:40 and is a multiple time Grandma’s Marathon champion. She walked on to her college team. She was 36th at the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials.
Dakotah is such a joy to watch compete. She has so much fun and works so hard. She tells us all about her mindset leading up to this race and her training block leading up to it. This was such a fun one and I’m so excited to get to chat with her today!!
