Tom's back from Park Run UK annual conference I'm back from a

rather painful strava mile the always at the always incredible night to the

10,000 meter p-bbees which also saw incredible racing from start to finish. Bernard LeGat

breaks the US v40 marathon record in Australia, still only the third fastest in his family you rate your run stand on the

podium and do all those lovely other things so Tom how's your conference how you doing

it was great yeah really enjoyed it. It was part one UK conference number seven and number one was 40 of us around a flip jar in the Mac center in Birmingham and staying in a travel lodge and a all you can eat Chinese buffet.

Yeah, I remember.

Here we are seven years later and it was nearly 300 of us from people from all around the world in a

fantastic location actually in Warwick University Conference Center which is actually

amazing really amazing I used the gym a couple of times actually and yeah it was great. I broke by the way my non-run streak. I can't believe it.
