And today we're going to answer a letter from somebody

whose boyfriend is still friends with his ex.

But before we begin, we just want to give you

our Surgeon General's warning, which is that Sierra and We're not licensed mental health

practitioners. You're right we're not professionals we're not

trained in any of this certified nada. I can I mean I can certify us like that sounds fine I feel like you have to be certified by

someone else that's not us do you know I mean that's the whole point of a

certification it's not just something you give yourself.

I don't know.

Yeah, I'm a certified pastry chef.

And by that I mean.

I love that. I Google recipes and then I replicate them in my tiny kitchen.

Yeah absolutely. Anyway we're not professionals pastry chefs nor relationship advice givers so please take our advice as you

see fit we're only here to offer our humble musings to hopefully shed some

understanding and maybe some laughs about the incredibly rewarding but mostly confusing experience that is love.
