where him and his dad snuck inside the cutoff, finishing in a brilliant 11 hours and 45 minutes.

So we're going to focus mostly on that incredible race today.

Tony's also here with some trials plus you guys rate your runs, rock kick it around the world,

climb aboard the launch pad and stand atop the podium. It seems a little bit redundant,

What have you been doing?

What have you been doing? I've been up to.

Well, let me look at my diary as I normally do

when I've forgotten what I've been doing.

But I mean, I've been running comedy with my old man.

I can't, I have to say and we're

going to talk about it more later in the show we've got some audio with dad and

and Matt and Steve who we ran with and some audio with Bruce and stuff so we're going to

get into the kind of the nitty gritty later, but I have to say I can't quite believe we've actually done it.

You know these things you look forward and it was the same, you know, you've done it

loads of times and I've done loads of times and with loads of things where forever it's a million miles away and kind of a someday maybe and suddenly it's behind you and you're back to normality and you're like that's done and dusted it's gone amazing we were like we and I'm sure

other listeners listening to the show right now you, actually really were connected with your journey and that we said

a little bit before we started recording about, you know, I felt it was a really authentic

journey and so often at top level and also at recreational run level we
