Well, I've had taken my break.

0:50.8

I've seen my family and I've been back to England for a football match, which we lost. It's time to get on with hiking. I love that break, though I'm not entirely sure it's done me any favours as far as the height's concerned. It probably helped with my feet, so that's a blessing, but I've landed back on trail away from anybody I knew. I know that's obvious, but I've been coming to terms with

1:11.0

that over the last couple of days and meeting new people and already I'll feel more back

1:14.9

into it. But it wasn't easy to make that, I don't know, that transition back to hiking from

2:09.2

That sounds far worse than it actually is.

My alarm went off back in England, remember, at 3.15 a.m.

2:16.6

And I jumped out of bed to make the 4 a.m. shuttle back to the

2:19.5

airport. Naturally enough, I don't know why, I was just faffing around again. In the end, it led me to

2:27.5

rush around like a maniac to make the 4 o'clock shuttle, which I did make. The flight took off on time, and I arrived in Madrid on schedule at 9.15 a.m.

2:38.8

I needed to find the metro to get to the Madrid-Sharmatan train station and that's where it starts to go

2:44.4

wrong. I was pointed in all sorts of directions to find this metro and it took me about

2:50.7

half an hour to
