Summary

The world of health and fitness is a super exciting place to be right now. It seems like new exciting bio hacks are being revealed every day. This has been a rapidly growing trend ever since I was in college. I remember taking classes as an exercise science major and thinking "Man....this stuff is way outdated compared to what I'm learning on the internet!". So with all of this new amazing info......I've noticed a problem popping up. People are feeling like they are "falling behind" if they aren't up to date with the latest bio hack. They feel like they need to get their DNA tested before they start so that they know the exact perfect program to use. Or maybe that have to get used to taking freezing cold showers and not eating for 16 hours each day before they can start seeing results.
