Oh, I tell it, well I've missed the week, haven't I?

Because I wasn't here last week. So I've got a bit of a long run roller coaster going on so

last weekend so whatever that what days it today Tuesday so nine days go something

I thought I'm gonna drop some mileage out because we talked

on the show haven't we about me thinking I'm just I'm a little bit of head long run

wise not total run volume wise and miles behind in that but in terms of long run wise I'm a

little bit head where I want to be so I thought what I'll do is I'll take a few miles out
