but first a brief life update because some people have been asking. It has been now four weeks,

four and a half since I've run. I have been having some things on Strava that say indoor run,

but that is incline hiking. So that's why that says it there. So for those

of you say, congrats your background. Thank you, but I am not. However, I am hiking indoor at 20%,

which is an improvement. So four and a half weeks now without running a step. Three of those weeks,

three and a half of those weeks, no exercise whatsoever.

So you are going to be able to follow along with a very, very interesting test of what we

believe to be true about returning from injury after this because I'm losing lots and lots of

fitness.

That training prior to this was sporadic due to previous injuries.

And now it's going to be about six or seven weeks with no running whatsoever.

And half of that time will have been no exercise whatsoever.
