You show off your kit around the world. Tony has some run camp trials, you rate your run and climb

aboard the launch pad and stand atop the podium. Holly Rush, Tom Williams. Welcome to the show. and I know it was just 24 hours ago and it was your first run camp Holly not only was it your first

run camp it was also the first time you actually met in person the the Tom Williams, but if we deal with the important stuff first, how was Run Camp?

Oh, it was brilliant. I loved every minute. It didn't disappoint. I was really excited about it all week and yeah it was just so lovely to meet all the people that have regularly tweeted me and Instagram me and sent me messages so it was nice to actually see the real people and to meet

Tom of course in the flesh but yeah it was lovely to hang out and their venue is

amazing so I mean I haven't been to the last venue that you went to but this one was

really good and the weather was spectacular. The last venue that you went to but this one was really really good and the weather was

spectacular. The last venue was a wonderfully named Sandy Balls it's not quite such a

stylish name the Mount Cook Adventure Center, doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

It doesn't slip off the tongue, as they say.

But it was fantastic, weren't they lovely?
