And today we're going to answer a letter

from somebody whose boss sexually harassed her on a work trip.

But before we begin, we just want to give you our surgeon general

warning which is that Sierra and I are not licensed mental health

practitioners or HR professionals. No we're not and honestly that's my biggest

frustration with this letter is I don't actually

know what the right thing is to do, but I hate all of it. I'm ready to commiserate with our letter

writer. But remember, before we get into it, Sam and I are not professionals.

We don't know what we're talking about.

We don't know what we're doing.
