So I had a really rough week last week. I felt like I was a little bit under the weather, a little bit off.

I had some stomach issues and then after that was done, I had two nights where I just did not sleep well.

And I woke up today feeling super refreshed.. I had a great night sleep last night.

I've got a lot of coffee on deck. And I'm just feeling like I've got a new lease on life.
