Today I am doing a breathing technique....20 connected breaths which is a particular type or version of a healing breathing technique...The approach I use is very straightforward and focussed at beginners. The idea is that it is healing and calming in order to place you in a state which is healing and promotes mindfulness and psychic awareness. You can also look at this on my you tube channel.
