It's 2020 and welcome to the first to love honor and vacuum podcast of the year where we're

going to be looking backwards at some of the highlights from 2019 but also forwards and

but what's going to happen in the blog on

2020 what I'm excited about what we're thinking and it's going to be great so I

have brought my daughter Rebecca on to talk about how 2019 changed for all of us and there's been a lot of big changes in 2019.

Yeah, quite a few.

And one of them of course is that there's a new human being on the planet.

Yes, there is a very cute one, very chubby one.

Yes, he's just a little over two months old, and so if people hear him squawking in the background,

Connor has him right now, your husband has him to keep him.

Yeah he's having daddy playtime but it was quite close to his nap time so he may start to get

fussy so I apologize if he hears some little cries in the background.

Yes so that's what that is but but so that's the personal changes in 2019, which really are some huge ones and it's been really

fun being a grandma.

But you know if I were to look back on myself January 1st, 2019, I'm a very different person and I think the blog is really different today than it was a year ago.

I think so too. I mean, our focus has shifted quite a bit. Yeah and so I thought

that we could just talk about that today. So January 1st 2019 if you had said to me are you ever

going to write another royalty published book like another book with a big publisher?

What would I have said Rebecca? Well you did say that you were not going to anymore. You told me that's it. I'm not writing any more books. books I'm done I'm happy the books that I've

written I've gotten a lot out there we're good yeah because it's writing a bit a book with

the royalty publishers a big ordeal like it's a lot of work. And I really like the blog. I was like in

creating courses. I was liking what I was doing and I was thinking no I don't need to
