How was it? You were in South Africa of course for the South African

Park Run Ambassadors Conference, right? That's exactly right. I flew over on Tuesday, overnight.

I tell you what, I was really lucky so there are there's a very

very very few times that I wish I was the CEO of a global bank rather than COO of a little charity.

But flying long haul is one of them when I check in for my economy flight overnight and I think I'm going to be sitting in

this little poxy chair all night and I gaze longingly and I turn left when I go in

and this is full on lie-down bad boy seats. Anyway, so I get on that I was really

lucky as I got on the plane and I got on quite early and there was nobody got nobody was getting

on next to me and I was on the end of four seats and no one's
