trials.

Well, Tom Williams, it was nice to see you at the weekend.

It was nice to see you too. Wasn't it? We had a bit of a man hug. Long time since I've enveloped you in my arms is that the right word?

I don't know.

It was good it was it was our annual pilgrimage to the now quite infamous Sandy Balls for our run camp.

I think it's the fourth or fifth one.

It was yet another one.

Mm. And you were in a family chalet and I was in a lads, lads, lads, lads,

door.

You were up late eating cheese and beers and biscuits.

When I was trying to, hold the family together and stop them from melting fun we did we did regress a bit so it was myself Tony my mate Jamie and his mate Sean and yeah the forest did it was like being in a student residence

That's quite good fun though isn't it every now and again. Yeah we had a right we did have a really good laugh

There was quite a number of runners there as well.

I think we had almost 100 people come along to Run Camp this year.

It was the biggest and even if I do say so myself it was probably the best.
