I jump in just start swimming just start swimming right just move those arms move those legs and just start swimming people ask me a lot they're like do you do it? How do you get in a room by yourself and just talk for an hour? And part of it is because I say, well, I just, you know, I feel like I'm just talking to some friends and so I try to do a

podcast that feels like I'm just talking to some friends and anybody who listens

to this podcast at some level I consider a friend so I'm just talking to you so if

you were to ask me hey how do you go into a room and just talk for an hour I would say

well it's just like if we were at a party you know know, we'd crack a couple of beers.

I am cracking a highlander, so I got some new beer friends.

There is no better friend to have on this planet than a friend that has a brewery. And my new beer friends are

Highlander Brewing up there in Missoula, Montana, and they sent me some beer

and I've been drinking their beer this week and it's fantastic and so thanks to those guys but

anyway so if we were at a party and we were cracking open a couple of beers

a couple of Highlanders yeah right and we I would just be talking I would just we would talk we would talk

for an hour we would talk for two hours help we're having a good conversation we

might take this thing till the next morning who knows so I mean that's one way that I can come into a room and just start

talking and record a podcast is I just feel like I'm talking to a friend. Now I'm

talking to a friend that doesn't say much. That's for sure. I mean I'm talking to a friend that doesn't say much. That's for sure. I mean I'm talking to a

friend that is like a silent friend. Like I'm talking to a friend that maybe has a

sore throat to the point where it's like pins and needles if they talk and they

can't talk back or

I'm talking to a friend who you know had their tongue cut off or so for some reason the

friend isn't talking back so there is that sort of a weird thing because it's
