Mmhmm. That's a delicious beverage and I am ready to start the show. It's been a month.

It's been one month since I sat here and recorded a show and I'm super stoked to be back. I got really busy. the summer got crazy

got crazy. It got out of hand. I was I was gone a bunch and so I was in places

where I didn't have a microphone and I just you know anyway it got really busy you got a lot

busier than I expected I knew I was going to take one or two weeks off I ended up

taking I think three or four weeks off it's been about a month I'm I'm back here I've got some

ideas I've got an outline for a show I'm so excited to be here talking to all of you and to all and to those of you who reached out and said

what the hell is going on where you at is everything okay everything's great been

having a fantastic summer I hope you're having a fantastic summer as well and I am

excited to record this episode and to be back let's introduce the show

litter okay I've been seeing more and more and I've been out in the woods, in the

wilderness at camp sites, at fishing grounds, rivers, lakes. I've been out a little bit this summer, quite a bit this summer.

And I've been seeing more and more litter, just more shit, actual shit. I've been seeing more actual shit.
