1:38.9 | Then gently bring your hips back to your heels as you extend your arms forward. |

1:45.0 | Place your forehead to the mat. Close your eyes. And today we're just going to begin with our Ujaii breath. |
1:49.0 | We're going to begin by warming the body through the breath. |
1:53.0 | So seal your lips and begin to breathe in and out through your nose. |
1:59.0 | Allow the breath to become deep and rhythmic, oceanic. |
