Tell us where you're running next. Tom Williams, what have you been up to?

I have to say I've been chuckling at Tony's trials. I had a little sneak listen

earlier. Isn't it lovely to have him back on the show even if infrequently. Yeah it is lovely to have him back. I love and I love his humour honestly.

Well he's been with us. He has been with us since the very very beginning and you know for all of us life takes dips and in the normal things that we do it takes unexpected twists and turns and you know we know that

Tony's wife passing away was just the biggest and hardest thing that anyone will ever face in their life.

And so, you know, to come back and still be doing some stuff for us and try and make you and

everybody listening chuckle in some way is a fantastic contribution isn't it?

He certainly made me laugh I tell you certainly made me laugh for somebody else

would be making me laugh my little boy so it was Rosie's birthday at well it was

Rosie's birthday on Monday but we had a kind of a Saturday

Sunday celebration because she had to good school obviously on Monday.

So we had a party on Sunday.
