I just want you to tell us a little bit about where you were when you first started the program, what was life like, what was your exercise, eating

habits, so kind of what, where was Mandy Ferris at when she first walked in the door ready

Yeah, while I was 26 when I first started,

really very overweight, you know, I was over 300 pounds

Just a lot of yo-yo dining, like, I would do good for a few days lose a few

You know a couple weeks or whatever lose you know three pounds and reward myself by eating and I go to the why occasionally like help on me look cool for like 30 minutes.

Just food wasn't there.

That would be good for a couple days, but then always back to like either binge eating or going out with friends
