The ABS.....our most sought after target area when it comes to health, fitness, and body transformation. We all know that if we can tighten up that mid section it is a sign that we are healthy, fit, and looking great! The problem that people run into is that there is SO MUCH information out there on all the super-secret tips, tactics, and training regimens that are going to help you develop your six pack in 37 seconds or less......we get lost, we program hop, or we never get started in the first place. So my goal today is to try and simplify things down a LOT and show you the three essential components that must be in place for you to be able to effectively develop, and unearth, those abdominal muscles.
