| 0:55.0 | Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath as you begin to deepen the breath. |
| 1:01.0 | Now inhale slowly as you count to six. |
| 1:07.0 | Sending the breath to the very bottom of the lungs. |
| 1:10.0 | Now exhale slowly and fill the belly draw in as you empty the lungs completely. |
| 1:17.6 | Moving into next stretches, drop your right ear toward the right shoulder as you press the left shoulder down. |
| 1:24.6 | Stay here or use your right hand to draw the head even closer towards the shoulder. |
| 1:32.4 | Release. |
| 1:33.3 | Bring your head back to center. |
| 1:35.4 | Other side. |
| 1:36.7 | Drop your left ear toward the left shoulder. |
