Can I give you because it's still January. I want to give you an update on New Year's

Resolution before we jump into the podcast because we ended up making two New Year's

resolutions as a family that we didn't talk about when we did our New

Year's resolution show this year and one was to do an outdoor activity together every weekend.

So whether that's a hike or walk around the neighborhood or like we can't all of us go on

the trampoline because it's over the weight maximum but like taking turns on the trampoline in the backyard, right?

So like, you know, some kind of something altogether as a family was one of our news resolutions, so far so good.

And the other one was that we would do meditations together as a family.
