Yes, Maysember.

It's that magical, but also chaotic and absolutely insane stretch that kind of goes from the beginning of May to the end of the school year.

It's kind of like December, but in the spring. And it's like the end of year parties, your field

trips, those sports banquet, the volunteer days, teacher appreciation week, God, like award ceremonies, graduation.

And I feel like somehow it all literally happens within the same two-week time span.

And I have watched so many women in direct sales over the past 15 years.

They get to this time of the year and life just sort of explodes.

And because they weren't expecting it, anticipating it, they didn't plan for it.

It's like analysis paralysis happens and women take their foot off the gas.

And they start to tell themselves like, okay, it's just really

busy in May. I'll get back to my business in June. And then June comes and they've lost all their

momentum. And your confidence starts to take a hit. Your team gets a little bit more quiet. And it

kind of feels like you're starting over from scratch. And when that happens every single year, right, that can really, it can really impact your results.

And really that compounding effect that takes place in direct sales.

So we're not going to do that this year.

2026 is going to be a different year.
