Our guest today was introduced to me by Sharon Tewkesbury Bloom, a Fizzle member.

And in my first call with Tiffany, she told me that Fizzle might qualify for potentially

tens of thousands in tax credits for software that we've already developed. So obviously this piqued my interest,

money on the table that we may not have claimed, but it's still available because of this R&D

tax credit that we're going to be talking about today. Our guest today is Tiffany Bisconer,

and she is a CPA with over 20 years of accounting and tax experience. Tiffany has worked with

one of the top 10 certified public accounting firms and is currently the director of Asena Consulting.

She combines her private industry and public accounting experience and she works with CPA firms

and directly with business owners like me and leadership teams in

multiple industries at all levels of growth to help educate and identify opportunities for

the utilization of tax credits for an infusion of cash flow. Tiffany, thanks so much for being here.

going to do a Q&A style interview. I have a whole lot of questions lined up. We may also get some live

questions from Fizzle members later in the session. But before we get started, I wanted to

mention a little bit more about your background because the CPA stuff is obviously going to be

interesting to us today.

But as I was reading your bio, I saw that you're also CPA based in Phoenix, but you're a three-time Ironman participant and a two-time Boston marathoner.

Yeah, apparently I don't relax well.

No, I guess not.

On top of that, I also saw that you are an international dance performer instructor,
