Welcome, everybody. Thanks so much for being here. As I said, this is going to be a behind the

scenes look at the Fizzle Refresh. If you're not familiar with what we mean by the Fizzle Refresh,

well, it finally launched last week. We've sent emails out to members, and this week I emailed

the broader list that I have as well to let everybody

that know that this was new and to highlight some of the new features. But we thought it would

be fun to give you a behind the scenes and kind of let you know why this came about. What was the

need for it and how did it all come together? So today I thought we would talk a little bit about

the history of Fizzle. I thought I would share with you some of the lessons that I've learned about running a membership program, sort of the pros and cons of that now that I've been doing it for coming up on nine years here within Fizzle. And also we can talk about building community and so on. Then I'll share with you the big decision that I made

to refresh and recommit to Fizzle and the process for doing that. And then we'll talk about the

technology, the platform behind it and the design as well, because there are some really interesting

tools now that make people who are not necessarily

great at design, able to do a lot more with it. I've been working on websites for a long time,

and I have experienced some breakthroughs recently in productivity because of some tools

that are out there that I'll share with you. And then we'll talk a little bit about what's next

for Fizzle. And as I said, we'll have time for Q&A at the end. But please feel free along the way if you have questions

to pop those in the chat box. And Jen can interrupt me and ask or she can have you come on camera

on audio and we can talk about it that way as well. So a little history of Fizzle. And this is like, it still kind of shocks me sometime

to think about how long ago all this went down. But I still remember very vividly sitting here.

I'm in Mexico right now where my wife and I spend our winters. And I remember very vividly

nine years ago over visiting my parents who were down here for a week

on vacation, sitting around the pool, conceptualizing this idea to basically pull all of the

courses and other projects that I had out there that were all individual projects.
