382 of the paleo view. This week I'm talking a topic that is top of mind

for a lot of people but I think we talk about it and don't do anything about it.

So what I'm hoping is that both from some discussion we're going to have, some science we're going to have, and then some recommended actions

that we can all maybe put ourselves in a position to be successful, not just this holiday season but going into 2020.

So it's an opportunity to refresh and revamp.

Are you tired yet of the like 20-20 vision like references for the year 20-20

of how like everybody's using that is like some kind of like

marketing gimmick.

So here's interesting factoid about Stacy that 99.9% of you don't know and the other 0.1% either know me or are stockers and that's okay too.

I worked for a company called 2020 and I helped them sell the company to be acquired by another company so that it doesn't exist anymore, but it makes me feel really old that at the time

20-20 was so far in the future that they like named the company for this future

vision and now I am in that vision of time. Now the company doesn't exist anymore.
