It's the one part podcast and I'm bringing you lessons in next-level inspiration.

I'm laying on the floor. Whenever I lay on the floor and I do these intros, I breathe in really heavy for some reason.

So that's why I'm breathing in heavy. I didn't just go climb a flight of stairs or

something. And if I did, I wouldn't be breathing heavy, right? Because I'm in shape.

Anyway, so I have a, did you hear that? I have a couple friend updates that I wanted to share

with you in this intro today. So my friends own an alchemy, my most favorite juice place on the planet,

is now in Italy, downtown Chicago, which is absolutely crazy, huge, amazing. They're in between

the gelato and Nutella bar, which I just think is one of the coolest contrast in Italy right now.

I don't know, it's pretty big for a juice company, a plant-based food company to be smack dab right in Italy. And they'll

be there until December. So if you're traveling to Chicago, you're downtown, you're hanging out,

or you live in Chicago and you don't feel like going to Logan Square or you work

downtown you can go to Italy now and get Owen in Alchemy. My favorite is probably the 51, the almond

milk. It tastes like cake batter melted in a glass or something. It's delicious. All right, second friend

update. Also kind of in the milky category, our good friend of the pod, Laura, right, of the first mess.

She was on like 10 episodes back.
