Before we start, shart, gross. Before we start the show today, I wanted to let you know a little something.

So some people know, some people don't know that I do brand, blogging, business

coaching, podcast coaching for people that want to start a new podcast. And there's a little

button on my site at the top that says work with me and you can choose the things you want to

work with me with. And it's one of my most favorite things that I get to do helping people get

re-inspired for their business or motivated or start something new. I am going to be taking a little

bit of a hiatus from it in August. So if it's been something that you've been thinking about

or you didn't know I did it and now are thinking, oh, shit,

I want to do that.

Sign up in the next few weeks because I will be taking a break in August and I know that

some people have emailed me about wanting to do it, but they weren't sure about timing.

Well, now's the time if you want to do it this summer.

I'll let you know why I'm taking a hiatus soon. I kind of got something, a fun project that I want to dedicate some time to and I'll be

telling you about that soon. But in the meantime, we've got a new podcast. And I today am talking with Melissa from Bubby and Bean.

She has a very, very successful website. She started out in eco fashion and then transitioned to

having the lifestyle site that she has today. The first, I would say five minutes of the podcast is going to be a little bit about

how she monetizes her website. But it's only going to be about the first five minutes. So if you

start listening, you're like, I don't feel like listening to this monetization stuff.

Do not worry because it's only the first five minutes. And then we're going to get to the heart of this podcast,
