This week I’m talking to body-positive advocate and emotional-eating expert Isabel Foxen Duke. Former OPP guest Katie Dalebout suggested her as a guest, and I’m so glad she did! Isabel really brought it to this episode.
In our chat, Isabel and I discuss how she landed in rehab after abusing drugs to control her weight, her path from working in finance to becoming a certified health coach, the problem with our diet culture, and the number one thing she believes you have to change in order to have a healthy relationship with food.

1:04.7 | Chicago, it is really well-known and famous for their farm dinners on Monday nights, but they've |
1:10.6 | never had |
1:11.4 | a completely plant-based one. So it's pretty exciting. I cannot waste to host it. And even if you |
1:18.8 | don't eat plant-based, I think it's an awesome way to sort of dip your toe into it because |
1:25.0 | Jason Hamill and his team at Lula cook up some of the best food, |

1:58.7 | what she helps women with because I feel like even though she knows it, |
2:04.0 | it might not be clear to everybody else. And then at the end of the podcast, after we start |
