Hey, everybody. Welcome to you were born for this podcast with Father John Ricardo and Mary Gilfoy.

We are a couple of missionaries of Acts 29. This is the podcast where we talk about acquiring a biblical

worldview brings us great hope in the God who created and rescued this world and calls you and me

to be agents of transformation and recreation. How are you, Mary? Oh, gosh, Father John, I am doing great. We just came back from back to back weeks. You know, we were asking people to pray for both the priests in the Diocese of Reno and then the priests in the Diocese of Orange. It's your line. You say it all the time.

I love it. We get a front row seat to watch God show off. It is just so invigorating and so

edifying to see our brothers. My brothers as priests. Our brothers as men, huh? Encounter the Lord an

new. Just have an opportunity to pray, to get away from the front lines,

which is where they live most of their lives and just be rejuvenated to soak in the gospel,

to soak in some rich opportunity for prayer, much of which you tee up. It was just spectacular.

So thank you to everybody for praying for the brothers. Yeah, amen to that. And you know, to that end, Father John, we've heard from a set of bishops

and some of the priests that we were with. And they said their two biggest takeaways were they left

with healing and hope. And what greater gifts are there from the Lord and to be filled with hope and healing?

All so that we can go out and share the gospel.

And to tell an unbelieving world that there are reasons for hope.

And his name is Jesus.

We say often, you know, that the enemy knocks a priest out.

The ripple effect is huge.

Not universally, of course, but we see it over and over again. It's so encouraging. And that's possible because people are praying. So thank you for praying. Amen. Amen. Amen to that.
